Google will need a Transfer Token from AMERQA to transfer the management and billing of your G Suite account to us, this Transfer Token must be generated by you (through the steps below) then submitted to AMERQA.
To get your Transfer Token:
1- Delete browser history and sign out of your G Suite Account.
2- Then go to this G Suite link and sign in with your email and password (you can’t do this if your email address is not set up as an administrator).
2- Once you sign in, click ‘Generate Transfer Token’ if the page doesn’t automatically generate the token.
3- Submit your Transfer Token here along with the other required information.
Note: Transfer Tokens expire 14 days after being generated.
If you’re on G Suite’s Annual Plan (Yearly Payments) you won’t receive a refund from Google upon transferring your account to AMERQA. You can still transfer to us at the end of your service year, during your renewal period.
The number of free commercial videos should be equal to the number of services, products, trademarks, or business names you campaign with AMERQA using our Video Campaigns. For each service, product, trademark, or business name (“Asset”) you campaign with AMERQA you have to open a new budget with a minimum of $100 USD per month.
AMERQA always advises its enterprise clients to make sure that when they leave, they know the right experts who are fully capable of supporting and helping them with services that are at least equal to what AMERQA has offered. This ensures that their businesses do not go through any issues. Therefore, make sure before you leave us that you have access to a web development service that is not primitive or otherwise generic. All “beginner-friendly” and generic websites are mostly made for bloggers who do not compete with other businesses to get customers and generate sales. Furthermore, make sure you know a good photographer, sound engineer and videographer to help you make your ads. Make sure you know a domain and email setup expert in order to help you communicate with your customers using a standard business-email such as email@example.com. Make sure before you leave us that you have an expert who can list your business on Google Maps then campaign that listing (please double check with your expert, as not many experts know how to offer this service). Most importantly, before you leave us make sure that you know an SEO expert who can offer you free SEO services so you don’t pay too much on your ads, to get you more sales and for a lower cost.

Once your business starts campaigning its very first service, product, trademark, or business name with us (whether through Headline, Image, or Video Campaigns) your business becomes eligible for one free website (one website per business) and unlimited pages on that website, that is; one free page per each service, product, trademark, or business name your business campaigns with us.
You have to first understand how Google’s very complex algorithms and bots work, and how they elect who to show your videos, images and headlines to, where to show them, when to show them, why to show them, how to show them, and what not to spend your budget on. Read this to understand and visualize how AMERQA functions like a continuous rudder for Google’s bots, to steer them towards showing your videos, images and headlines to the right people, and to push them away as hard as possible from choosing the wrong people and wasting the budget you pay to Google on them.
You should know that even though Google’s bots are made to follow the commands of agencies as much as possible, they do not do so to the 100%, and that’s because these bots continuously develop what’s known as “AI” (Artificial Intelligence) meaning they are capable of doing a little bit of the tasks humans do on their own.
